The prayers of St. Stephen’s are requested for the repose of the soul of Max Gelinske, brother of Leon Gelinske and uncle of Michelle Gelinske Patnode and Bryan Gelinske. Max died this afternoon (November 11) of pancreatic cancer.
Please also keep Leon and the entire Gelinske family in your prayers at this time.
Gracious God, nothing in death or life, in the world as it is or the world as it shall be,nothing in all creation can separate us from your love. We commend Max into your loving care. Enfold him in the arms of your mercy. Bless him in his dying and in his rising again in you. Bless those whose hearts are filled with sadness, that they too may know the hope of resurrection; for the sake of our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
