Dedication Sunday / St. Stephen’s 70th
We had a terrific 70th
anniversary celebration by welcoming 6 new members, baptizing Lexi, re-dedicating our Peace Pole and even
surprising Deacon John Peter Anderson with a new addition to the St Stephen
window honoring his ordination on 2020.
Our newest members (from l. to r.)
Oscar, Tracy, Lexi, Ila, John and Caleb
Lexi being baptized
Deacon John honored in the St. Stephen
window.
Words of Wisdom:
The world could use more people who
make others feel understood instead of evaluated, encouraged instead of
diminished, and accepted instead of feeling like they must earn their place.
From the Green Team:
What are the Core Pillars of Green
Thinking?
Systemic Awareness: Understanding that local actions
impact global ecosystems.
Resource Valuation: Viewing water, energy, and materials
as finite, precious assets.
Future Orientation: Making choices today that
preserve the earth for future generations.
Circular Lifecycle: Moving away from
"take-make-waste" toward reusing and recycling everything.
