Palm Burning Liturgy

Join us Tuesday February 16 at 6:00 p.m. for the Burning of the Palms liturgy which will be held in front of the church. Please bring your palms from last year's Palm Sunday Mass and we will burn them to make ashes for Ash Wednesday.

 

There will also be ashes available for distribution as well. Ashes will be placed on note cards, which will be distributed. You can then apply the ashes to your forehead yourself or simply keep the card as a memento.

 

Social distancing with masks will be observed. You can also attend by remaining in your vehicle. We will also be livestreaming the service.

 

Distribution of Ashes

Ashes on Ash Wednesday will be available at the Church from 10:00 a.m.  –Noon and from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. for those who do not wish to attend the 7:00 p.m. Ash Wednesday Mass. Please feel free to stop by the church and Fr. Jamie will distribute the ashes , which will be placed on note cards. You can then apply the ashes to your forehead yourself or simply keep the card as a memento.

 

Deacon John’s Zoom Bible Study

Dcn John Anderson will be leading a Zoom Bible study beginning on Thursday February 18 at 7:00 p.m. The group will meet via Zoom. Dcn. John will send materials through email for those who are interested. If you would like to attend the Bible study, just drop an email to Dcn John (deaconjohn65@yahoo.com).
