Creator and sustainer of all good things, We praise you and thank you for our community of fellowship at St. Stephen’s and in the Diocese of North Dakota.
We ask for your continued grace that we might be a holy people, seeking first to know you and to serve you with all our lives. May we become living stones you use to build up your church.
We ask that your Spirit will guide and empower us to be witnesses of your love in our parish, homes and community.
Open doors for us as we reach out to others, that we may lead those who do not know you into a new and life-changing relationship with you.
Give us grace to be good stewards of all you have given us that our common life together might bring glory to your name.
Through our Savior Jesus Christ.

- Jamie Parsley is an Episcopal priest & poet. He is the author of thirteen books of poems. In 2004, he was named an Associate Poet Laureate of North Dakota. He is the Poet in Residence at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and currently serves as the Rector of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Fargo, North Dakota.
